My experience over Obstetrics "Super stupid question, where are the ovaries located on the body?"

I'm having weird pain (pressure) below the belly button like right above the V of the vulva, the pressure/dull ache is in both sides with one side hurting more, Idk if I have endo or PCOS but I did get a bilateral salpingectomy 3 years ago. The pain has been getting worse and I just need to know what doc to call as my GP is literally no help.
