Obstetrics - Ultrasound results/Abnormal Uterine Bleeding:Health care

What is "Obstetrics " ?

Obstetrics is the field of study concentrated on pregnancy, childbirth and the postpartum period. As a medical specialty, obstetrics is combined with gynecology under the discipline known as obstetrics and gynecology (OB/GYN), which is a surgical field.

My experience over Obstetrics "Ultrasound results/Abnormal Uterine Bleeding"

41 year old, black female with Multiple Sclerosis. I had an open Myomectomy in 2018 to remove a 5cm fibroid that was causing heavy bleeding during cycle and urinary frequency/urgency. This past month, I had a period 5/3-5/8 and started having weird back and pelvic pain on 5/19 and started bleeding again on 5/20 which stopped today. I’ve never had bleeding BETWEEN periods (quite regular since started period at 10 years old). Immediately called OBGYN and got ultrasound, these are the results:

“FINDINGS: UTERUS: 7.1 x 3.7 x 5.4 cm. Myometrium: Normal echotexture of the myometrium Fibroids: Posterior intramural fibroid measuring 0.8 x 0.8 x 0.7 cm Right intramural fibroid measuring 2.1 x 1.8 x 1.4 cm, which may contact the endometrium.

ENDOMETRIUM: 8 mm. Normal endometrial thickness.

RIGHT OVARY: 2.1 x 2.3 x 1.4 cm. 1.0 x 1.0 x 0.6 cm complex cystic focus with peripheral vascular flow. Otherwise expected follicular appearance with preserved vascular flow. Two anechoic cystic focus abutting the ovary, measuring up to 1.3 cm and 1.1 cm.

LEFT OVARY: 2.6 x 3.0 x 2.0 cm. Expected follicular appearance with preserved vascular flow. “

Could those very small fibroids be causing the bleeding? Additional recent symptoms: GI issues, fatigue, night sweats (also symptoms I’ve had because of MS-minus the sweats).
