My experience over Obstetrics "3 months postpartum pelvic pain."

Hi, I’m 3 months postpartum and I’ve had this lingering pain that began like sort of a pulling pain in my belly button, it started to hurt my belly when bending down. I always have trouble using the bathroom now and whenever I push, I feel this painful pressure in my pelvis. I’m currently feeling a burning pain all around my lower belly, with cramping radiating towards my inner thighs along with lower back pain. I feel pressure in my butt and pelvic region when sitting down. I have still not gotten my period, I did spot about 2 weeks ago but not enough to call it a period. Could it be abdominal separation or pelvic dysfunction? I never went to my 6 week pp appt due to family emergencies back to back but I’ve scheduled one now and I’m a little nervous.
