My experience over Obstetrics "Can someone please help identifying this weird black spot?"

My labias recently started itching and I took a photo to see what's going on better, and I saw a little black spot on my labia... What could it be? I'm actually very scared rn, because I don't want it to be cancer.. Photo in the comments. TIA!
