My experience over Obstetrics "purple squishy bump?"

there is a squishy purple looking bump in the perineum underneath the vaginal opening that i can squeeze, also doesn’t hurt. ive had it for about maybe 6 months and it hasn’t changed size it’s just been pretty small. i’m 15 and i saw a gynecologist yesterday but i have anxiety and i had trouble asking the right questions in person. she said it looked like skin had been stretched but the area looks like a bubble of some sort not like skin. i have an external hemorrhoid outside of my anus which i believe is caused by trying to hold in farts and bowel movements which i think is caused by anxiety. i take medication for the mental part of anxiety but i still have psychical problems. could that be the issue? anxiety? i’d also like to know if the purple bump is caused by the hemorrhoid. idk i’m very confused and nervous to talk to people in person. please help.(i’m not saying the gyn was wrong but she said it looked semi normal even though i know something is wrong.) (i’m also hoping i got the terms and stuff right but i’m only 15😭😭) also it does not bleed.
