My experience over Obstetrics "Itchy vulva + anal area 3+ months"

Please give me advice/suggestions!!

Symptoms/History: 23f with itchiness on the vulva (labia minora) and anal area for 3+ months. Itching is only external, no abnormal discharge, no lesions, vulva is normal color, no smell, no urinary symptoms, no pelvic pain. Not currently sexually active. The itching comes and goes, I can go several hours without noticing it and then all of the sudden it flairs up. Recently I’ve had random “pimples” show up around my butt that are somewhat painful. Have a history of hsv1 genitally so that might be a flare up, but the bumps go away in a few days.

Tests: BV, Yeast, Trich all negative. Gynecologist said that the vulva appears normal, no redness, no white patches. Was given clobetasol to try for a week but didn’t do much.

Haven’t changed anything environmentally. I’ve been using the same soap and laundry detergent for like a year now, so way before symptoms started.

Could it be an external yeast infection? Lichen sclerosis? Again, the vulva appears totally normal
