My experience over Obstetrics "Period related headaches"

I feel like every time I’m about to start my period, I get the worst headaches I’ve ever felt and NOTHING helps relieve them, not ibuprofen, Tylenol, nothing. Does this happen to anyone else and how do you find relief?
