My experience over Obstetrics "plan b before period"

hi, i took a plan b around day 9-11 of my cycle. i then took another plan b two days before my expected period. i’ve been experiencing cramps and acne (usual period symptoms) however, no period. i’ve also noticed white discharge. i was wondering if the plan b could have possibly caused my late period?
