My experience over Obstetrics "spotting?"

hi, i took a plan b two days before my expected period. i was three days late when i notice i was spotting (pinkish-brownish). this concerned me as i heard something about implantation bleeding. i was wondering if the spotting could be caused by the plan b, if the spotting means my period is on the way, or is this in fact implantation bleeding?
