What is "Obstetrics " ?
Obstetrics is the field of study concentrated on pregnancy, childbirth and the postpartum period. As a medical specialty, obstetrics is combined with gynecology under the discipline known as obstetrics and gynecology (OB/GYN), which is a surgical field.
My experience over Obstetrics "delusional pregnancy scare"
Ive had unprotected sex for the first time when it was on my predicted period day but my periods havent started yet . They were supposed to start on the 11th according to my cycle tracking app ( the day the intercourse happend) and im now late by 4 days which is unsual as i have a regular 28days cycle . ( my previous period was on 14th of june ) Scientifically speaking im aware that theres no egg that could be fertilised whatsoever but i cant help but worry as to what could be the reason for my late periods
