My experience over Obstetrics "small hard lump at the back of vagina."

Suffer from chronic constipation. I believe I have a cystocele and rectocele, and now today I believe I have a uterine prolapse because I stuck my fingers in my vagina and the very back I felt a small hard lump. Could this be uterine prolapse? If not, what could it be? It's not that far back... maybe fingers length up from vaginal opening.
