My experience over Obstetrics "How to treat constipation with an hemmoragic ovarian cyst ?"

I am diagnosed with a ovarian cyst about the size of a lime on my right ovary, and since the symptoms started I have also been constipated. How should I treat this ? I haven’t had a bowl movement in three days 😅
