Hello all!

I'm looking to create a public spreadsheet of women's healthcare professionals who offer pain management during an IUD insertion (examples such as local anesthetic, cervical blocks, numbing cream, etc) in all 50 states.

I'm aware that this option is pretty hard to find in most OBGYN practices and that pain management typically isn't covered outside insurance, I just want people to tell me about these professionals that do offer pain management.

If you've received said care in the United States, I'd really appreciate listing: the state you received care, the year you received care, the healthcare professional/practice who provided your care, what pain management options were offered to you (local/general anesthetic, cervical block, prescription pain medication, etc) and finally, the phone number for the practice or physician.
