My experience over Obstetrics "Pregnancy question"

Hello I recently had unprotected sex with a friend. (Wednesday night) and her period was due the following day (Thursday) according to her calendar. She took a plan b within 24 hours and claimed she had an iud. She’s also been through chemotherapy. It’s been two days since her period was due and she has yet to have it. What are the chances she is pregnant?
