My experience over Obstetrics "Thickened endometrium with slight heterogeneity in the fundal portion. help"

Can anyone give me any insight? I am 25 years old and had ultrasounds and blood work done for pelvic pain, bloating, loss of appetite and nausea (didn’t think they were all necessarily related) All I know from the blood work is that my Estrogen is like triple the top of the normal range and my prolactin is really high which my endo said she will monitor with me. These ultrasounds were also ordered by my Endo, who received the results, wouldn’t give me much info other than to call my OBGYN ASAP for an appt to learn about the results. called OBGYN and her nurse called me back asking me a million questions about my period and symptoms and said the dr will call me back ASAP to discuss. Still no one telling me what’s going on, they keep telling me OBGYN will give me info.

I’m not looking for medical diagnosis just want to know if anyone recognizes something alarming on here that I should expect to hear about? OBGYN I think should be calling me Monday otherwise I’ll call her again

Right ovary: 2.3 x 1.9 x 2.3 cm Numerous small follicles

Left ovary: 3.6 x 3 x 2.2 cm Multiple small follicles with one dominant 2 cm follicle/cyst with thick wall.

Pelvis free fluid: None.

IMPRESSION IMPRESSION:

Thickened endometrium with slight heterogeneity in the fundal portion.
