My experience over Obstetrics "Weird “sack” coming out of old razor bump?"

HELP! I’m slightly terrified and as a raging hypochondriac this is not okay for me. I’ve had a pretty large razor bump/under the skin ‘cyst’ on my bikini line for a month or so. It’s been really irritated lately and today I picked at it and squeezed it thinking the puss would finally come out and some did, except now a ‘sack’ of sorts is sticking out of it. I can’t pull it out or ‘squeeze’ it out. I’m a minor and have no way of making myself an appt with a dermatologist or OBGYN so I don’t know what to do. Any advice is appreciated :(
