My experience over Obstetrics "Enema in first trimester?"

Help! I have not used the bathroom for two weeks now. I have tried colace, prune juice, fiber supplements nothing is working. My Obgyn is closed for the weekend, but I cannot feel like this any longer. I’m 8 weeks and some change. Is there any safe enema other than microlax (ordered but won’t be here until Tuesday and not sold anywhere near me) that I can use to get some relief?
