My experience over Obstetrics "Faulty testing / abnormal"

20F. I was wondering if anyone ever tested negative for pregnancy on blood or urine tests and ended up being pregnant? Like is that a thing to have no hcg and be pregnant, like some woman are saying/ Google (cryptic pregnancy)?? Sorry if this is a stupid question I am just trying to reassure myself that the testing I have done is correct. Tests have been taken 5-7 past sex.
