Unprotected mistake

Me and my girlfriend did something on june 20th . It was just a the tip , No full penetration , Hymen remained intact and i didn’t ejaculate inside her and we couldn’t get a test . I’ve been freaking out that maybe she got pregnant . It could’ve only been precum because we ended it with a oral . We havent had sex in almost 2.5 months now And she’s had around 3 periods since then. One on July 2 Then july 28 And August 21 Totally normal periods with no extraordinary symptoms . Is there still any chance that she might’ve gotten pregnant that night.?
