My experience over Obstetrics "Small head circumference and BPD"

I had my 20 week scan and along with marginal cord insertion it showed HC of 4% and BPD of 7%. I’m really freaking out and googling is just bringing me down the rabbit hole of microcephaly. Does anyone have experience with this, outcomes, or reassurance?
