My experience over Obstetrics "OBGYN Rodeo Women’s Heath"

Hi, does anyone have any clue to help me find a OBGYN doctor at Rodeo Women’s Health Center? His name is Dr Quy Nguyen. I was his patient and he left this August without any further access for contact. I heard from another doctor that he moved to UCLA. But I can’t find his contact. Anyone has any clue?
