My experience over Obstetrics "Can you get herpes without having sex at all?"

I’m a virgin but about a week ago i got some sort of ulcer one my lower left labia majora. It never blistered before it became an ulcer it just kinda was and ulcer from the start. The other thing is, it looks like the very top layer of the skin, where the melatonin is, is like shaved off of it and the white tissue or whatever is just there, but the shape of it is in a perfect circle. So idk what’s going on and if it is herpes, which i hope it’s not, idk what to do. I’m kinda embarrassed-
