Hymenectomy consult

Hello:). I did pelvic pain therapy and I have one tight area. But I also have hymenal tags that are breaking even more during sex years in. And wow it still hurts and that’s after doing dilators and pelvic PT and regular sex.

What should I be aware of for a hymenectomy? I am at that point to have my doc remove the rest of the remnants. She mentioned scar tissue could build up.

Tampons can go in easy and out fairly easy (sometimes it hurts when blood flow lessens).

I will say by chance the fellas I have been with before were big dudes, and I mean their penis sizes.
