My experience over Obstetrics "Am I miscarrying?"

Okay so during my cycle I had sex. That’s when you’re least fertile but 10 days later I was spotting, so I was expecting to get my period soon. I didn’t. My period was on March 18th. I spotted on the 28th. On April 11th I got what I assumed was my period. I felt like I was feeling it’s arrival buuut I’m bleeding VERY heavy and typically the bleeding decreases after a day or 2 but the heavy bleeding won’t stop. I also felt unusually fatigued. I’ve felt like this in the past but not recently. I’ve been taking plan B a lot. I know that’s bad. After the second time I took it I knew I had to look into birth control options instead, but anyway …. Does this sound like a miscarriage? It’s also possible plan B messed with my hormones and is causing this. The last time I had plan B I did feel very off but I didn’t get much sleep and waited a long while until I ate. Is this a miscarriage ? Or did plan B just mess with my cycle? I’m 24 years old by the l Way if that matters
