My experience over Obstetrics "Haven’t had period in 3months but not pregnant"

So I missed 2 weeks of my pills while I was on vacation and I figured I would be fine and I could just start the pack up again after I get my next period. It never came again. I’ve taken 3 pregnancy test that were all negative. Like idk what is going on bc like I have period symptoms but no periods. Like sore boobs when I should normally be on my period. Does anyone know what is happening with my body. Like did I fuck up my hormones or something?
