Obstetrics - is it possible to have a miscarriage for 60 days?

What is "Obstetrics " ?

Obstetrics is the field of study concentrated on pregnancy, childbirth and the postpartum period. As a medical specialty, obstetrics is combined with gynecology under the discipline known as obstetrics and gynecology (OB/GYN), which is a surgical field.

My experience over Obstetrics "is it possible to have a miscarriage for 60 days?"

Someone in my circle keeps saying they have had miscarriages when medically we know they lied about the first one (for attention, their family who went with them told us point blank it was not a miscarriage and this is very normal for them to lie like this often and about medical issues). They are now is claiming the following below. I'm not calling them out on it but for my own sanity and people close to me who HAVE had real ones and are upset about how this person is posting multiple times on social media about it, I wanted to see, medically speaking if this is even possible.

' I miscarried from Dec 4- Feb 6th for 60 days I had a period unlike any other- OBGYN’s refused to treat me bc of my thyroid levels. On March 1 I offically had my DNC and the final verdict that yes the whole time I was miscarrying. I’m still going through iron infusions, and some blood work.'
