My experience over Obstetrics "Why is sex painful in almost every position?"

I want to start off by saying I've only had sex a couple times but I do masturbate with a dildo almost every day. It feels good while I'm standing up but hurts while I'm laying down, on my hands and knees, or really any position other than one that would be a girl-on-top position. It's like friction, like all of a sudden I'm not wet anymore, but as soon as I stand up and put it back in, it feels fine and just as wet as usual. Am I tensing in these positions maybe?
