My experience over Obstetrics "Would you be able to see an adhesion wrapped around the bowels multiple times during an ultrasound for an ovarian cyst?"

I just recently had a radical hysterectomy partially for medical reason, but also for gender dysphoria. They said they found an adhesion wrapped around my bowels multiple times. They snipped it. I'm just trying to figure out when it could have formed. I don't think this is your guy's field, but if you know what causes adhesions to form, I am curious. I'm curious if I may have been born with it.
