My experience over Obstetrics "Can anyone read these results?"

Heterogeneous material in the endometrial canal could represent lead products. Differential consideration would be a polyp or fibroid. Consider follow-up ultrasound in 6-12 weeks.

Uterus: 8 x 3 x 4 cm in overall dimension. Endometrial stripe measures up to 4.4 mm. Retroverted. Heterogeneous appearance with a more focal 1 cm echogenic structure at the cervix.

I have HPV. I can't contact my doctor until Monday and I'm a bit worried.
