My experience over Obstetrics "What do we do if we're on our period at the appointment?"

• How can I best prepare and acommodate for the exam if I am on my period?

Like...

• Is it ok if I am free bleeding out when I'm being examined down there? Is it something that actually happens and is ok?

• Should I change a pad right before the appointment or is it ok if it's changed for the last time 30 minutes before?
