My experience over Obstetrics "Follicle on ovary"

Pls help me out. Im 19 and recently had an ultrasound done(missed my period in may) . Everything was normal according to her on my reports it says there was a follicle of 19mm on my left ovary is that normal ? Also my endometrium was 3mm is that too thin ?
