My experience over Obstetrics "Frequent yeast infections"

Is it normal to get yeast infections after having your significant other finish in you a few days in a row? I’ve noticed I get an infection whenever I have unprotected sex with him and it’s not like he’s dirty as he often showers before we do it and I clean myself right after. If he finishes in me once a week then I’m fine but if he does it frequently in a row then I get an infection. I haven’t really found any info online stating that sperm causes yeast infections.
