My experience over Obstetrics "Spotting"

I just had my period like two weeks ago, maybe a week and a half and today while wiping I’ve noticed a little blood, not a lot, but enough to make me concerned (it truly is just a little bit but I shouldn’t be bleeding right now) and my stomach has been hurting but I do have gastritis so don’t know if it’s just hurting from that
