My experience over Obstetrics "Could it be premenopause or ectopic pregnancy?"

Hi! I had unprotected sexual contact on the 15 of July. My last menstruation begun on the 25 of june and I have very regulate periods. This month my period is late by 7 days already. I took 2 pregnancy tests after I noticed that my period is late. They both turned out negative. What should I do next? Could this be an ectopic pregnancy? I am 34 years old, could it be premenopause?
