My experience over Obstetrics "Should I be concern"

I’m 33f been off birth control for 8 months and I’m not getting on it and my 3 past period have been horrifying cramps for 4days and my blood clots are bad .should I be concerned and talk to my doc. Or is this normal since being off birth control
