My experience over Obstetrics "Unhygienic practices by my doctor-what course of actions should I take?"

My doctor stuck her hand in the trashcan where there were other dirty used speculums and other things and then proceeded to touch the speculum and inserted inside me while applying lube to it with the same gloved hand that she used to push down the trash in the trashcan. I’m really scared I’m going to get an infection or an STD from this and I’m just so worried I don’t know what to do with myself right now I’m kind of freaking out. Should I get tested and if so when should I get tested because this just happened today?
