My experience over Obstetrics "Mysterious itching for the last few days"

So last Saturday, I (25F 200lbs) started getting some vaginal itching. At first I thought it was maybe a yeast infection, but none of the other symptoms of a yeast infection were present. I was on my period, there was no discharge or discoloration, and there wasn’t any sort of burning or smell. There are a number of factors that I’m trying to figure out what could be causing it. 1) I just got over Covid. I finally tested negative on Saturday just as the itching started 2) I started taking Mucinex on Friday, the day before the itching started 3) I am on Wellbutrin 4) My last sexual contact was two weeks prior, and we were both recently tested and had no STI’s. Any input?? Personally I think the Mucinex is to blame so I stopped that to see if it would clear up but it doesn’t seem to be changing much.
