My experience over Obstetrics "Abnormal bleeding, pain, clear ultrasounds"

I am really running on my wits end here and i’ve been in tears from all of this for two days so any advice would be appreciated. Yesterday after pressing on an area of my abdomen that hurt i began to bleed. Usually i ignore stuff like this but it was more than normal and painful so i went to urgent care. we ruled out BV or a UTI and today I got an ultrasound. i really thought they would just say it was a small cyst or something else similar but they said my ultrasound is clear and i should go to an obgyn. i feel so sick from everything and i really don’t know what to do. i’ve been having severe period pain and bleeding for three years now and i don’t know what’s wrong and this didn’t help alleviate anything since it feel like now more than ever that there’s something wrong and nobody can help. i don’t know what will and won’t show up on ultrasounds, i had both transvaginal and a pelvic scan and the actual pelvic exam hurt really badly. i don’t know if anyone knows what it could be or what the doctors should even look for but i’m scared and confused and would appreciate any advice
