Obstetrics - Is it even possible to effectively ban abortions?:Health care

What is "Obstetrics " ?

Obstetrics is the field of study concentrated on pregnancy, childbirth and the postpartum period. As a medical specialty, obstetrics is combined with gynecology under the discipline known as obstetrics and gynecology (OB/GYN), which is a surgical field.

My experience over Obstetrics "Is it even possible to effectively ban abortions?"

I always said that it's total BS to do, because it will only force women into doing it in dangerous way and sometimes even kill themselves.

But with overturning Roe v Wade, there were stories that made me realize that there are other for more batshit insane reasons why it's insane. 10-yo girl forced to travel to Indiana for abortion, woman forced to carry miscarried fetus for 2 weeks and woman forced to carry to term a fetus without a skull. And that's just those that attracted media attention.

Turned out that banning abortion also puts into jeopardy women with miscarriages as well as women who need medication that can cause abortion, because the abortion bans don't distinguish between elective abortions and necessary abortions.

Is there even a way to do ban it effectively or is it a crime against nature as I say?

A bonus question: There's an anti choice disinformation that most OBGYNs are "pro-life". How many OBGYNs do you think are actually "pro-life"?
