My experience over Obstetrics "Heaviness in uterus after period"

I’ve been using the annovera ring since May. I took my ring out last Wednesday for my ring free/ period week. My period ended up being 3 days late which is odd. Normally it comes the next day.

I had my period and out the ring back in but for the last 3ish days I’ve had a full heaviness feeling in my uterus which I hadn’t experienced before.

Anyone else have this happen?
