My experience over Obstetrics "Bleeding after one day of Monistat 7?"

Day after the first night with Monistat - extremely itchy and painful btw - found a small amount of light pink watery discharge on toilet paper, has gone on all day

Edit: it’s actually getting worse (more blood with wiping)… it’s only on the toilet paper when I wipe, it’s not like menstruation

Complication or perhaps red herring - just finished my period two days ago.

Night before last, fell asleep with a tampon in. Took it out that morning and had and still have a slight soreness at the vaginal opening.

I won’t use monistat tonight. If it’s still happening tomorrow or the next day may go to the doctor.

Edit: I just finished 10 days of doxycycline for a cyst if that’s relevant.
